The Watcher
This book (actually this series) has got to be one of the best of all time. I’m never sure if it is sci fi or fantasy but everything in it is so original! Its something that you don’t see very much these days with all the twilight rip offs flooding the shelves. The book is about a 16 year old girl who moves to the family farm with her family after her Grandfather dies. Her younger sister is prone to “attacks” of some kind and the doctors have suggested that this might be for the best with all the fresh air. Her father is a modern artist and has decided to recreate a stone henge in the field. He hires Tom a strange and quiet boy who is new to the town, but still more accepted than Emma and her family, strange considering that their family is one of the oldest in the area. And then come the dreams. It has a very unique writing style, in that, it is written in past tense. Wonderful book, if your tired of bad books, you should try and pick this one up.
